What happens after I purchase?

We immediately begin setting up your AI employee, chat, & reviews. You will receive a welcome email and a request for any needed info via our onboarding assistant. Then schedule at your convenience a personal Zoom to finalize set up, access, and how to address any concerns.

Can I cancel my subscription at any time?

Yes there are no contracts or cancellation fees.

Are there any setup fees or charges?

We charge the regular monthly subscription price for setup then won't start your subscription fee for 30 days.

Are there any additional monthly charges?

Yes. There are small fees for usage of all text messages, emails and phone calls that are sent and received. Each of our plans offers several thousand of these credits with each plan but there are additional fees if those credits are used up before the next billing cycle.

What if I don't have a website?

We provide you with a landing page or can put your chatbot and AI employee call number on an existing site.

Do I need to have an office person answering the phone?

No not with our AI powered virtual receptionist. All calls get answered no matter what time of day. No need for any after hour call center for after hour service. Our AI can route those emergency calls to the on call person.
